If you give written consent on one of our quote request forms to receive text messages from The Playbook Agency, our licensed agents may text you about your quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and related service notifications.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out stops all further messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

How we share information

Your information is used by The Playbook Agency and its licensed agents to serve your request. We share it only with the insurance carriers you choose to apply with, and with the service providers that run our systems (hosting, database, telephone and messaging, email) acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep quote and communication records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, contact ronnie@theplaybookagency.net.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it to serve your request.
