Submitting a quote request is free and creates no obligation. A licensed agent may contact you by phone, email, or (if you consented) text message to discuss life insurance options. Any policy you choose to purchase is governed by the issuing insurance carrier’s contract, not these terms.

3. Text messaging program

If you check the consent box on one of our quote request forms (on this website or on our Meta instant forms), you agree to receive text messages from The Playbook Agency and its licensed agents about your quote request, including responses to your questions, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ronnie@theplaybookagency.net.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
