How consumers opt in
The Playbook Agency collects consent to send text messages in two places:
- The quote request form on this website: quote.theplaybookagency.net.
- Our life insurance quote request forms on Meta (Facebook and Instagram instant forms).
On this website, the quote form shows the consent language below next to an optional, unchecked checkbox. Checking it is not required to submit the form or to receive a quote, and only consumers who check it receive text messages.
On our Meta instant forms, the consumer answers a few questions, enters their own name, phone number and state, and then reaches a final screen titled “Text Message Consent – The Playbook Agency”. That screen shows the consent language below with an optional, unchecked checkbox beneath it, above the Submit button, together with a link to our Privacy Policy. Checking the box is not required to submit the form or to receive a quote, and consent is never a condition of any purchase. Only consumers who check the box receive text messages.
Our Meta forms run on Facebook Pages that The Playbook Agency LLCoperates for its advertising, including “American Veterans Assistance”. Meta automatically inserts the Page name into its own standard notice on the final screen. Text messages are sent only by The Playbook Agency, and every message identifies The Playbook Agency by name.
The exact consent language
Each form links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which state that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-out and help
Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored immediately and automatically.
